Jody Vise

Jody Vise has been certified to teach a variety of fettle formats for over 30 years. She is currently certified by Usa Water Fitness, holds both certifications in Grouping Fitness & Personal Grooming through ACE, and holds a 200 HR RYT in Yoga.


As the CAC Grouping Fitness Liaison, Jody


developed the Aqua Program at the CAC and enjoys working with the enthusiastic


members who come take classes in both the Aqualite & H2O Fit.

She teaches on Wednesday both 8 am Yoga & nine am Pilates, Barre & Tone class she developed based on a diversity of current formats.
Her goal, in all her classes, is to impart health education to help her students accomplish their fitness goals and accept fun doing it.

Jill
is certified by Zumba Fitness in the post-obit: Basic Steps Level ane, Basic Steps Level ii, Zumba Kids and Zumba Kids Jr, Zumba Gold, and Zumba Pro Skills. She is certified as a Silvery & Fit Instructor, also. She was involved with grouping exercise classes at the Kona International Market Identify from 2009 to 2015. She currently teaches Kid’s Zumba classes at Yogi Kids, Zumba Gold at the Flower Mound Senior Middle, and various schools in the Highland Hamlet, Denton, and Lewisville schoolhouse districts.

Karen Hollister

Karen has over 25 years of experience and certifications in Aqua, Depression touch/High Bear upon Cardio, Force training, Pace, Kickbox, Diet, Senior Fettle, Yoga and Tai Chi. Karen is an AFAA/NASM(Able-bodied and Fitness Association of America/National Academy of Sports Medicine)Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1996 and hold certifications through Idea, SCW Fettle and other national fitness associations.

Karen Jones

Karen has been an aerobics instructor and personal trainer since 1990. She has instructed a multifariousness of fettle classes such as water aerobics, strength preparation, cycle, treadmill, stride, Hi/Lo, aqua zumba, and seniors. Karen became a registered yoga teacher in 2011 and a RYT500 in 2014, besides as, a certified Ayurveda Yoga Specialist. She is also a certified CPR/AED instructor.

Heather’s passion is helping people find their own passion and goals for fitness but making it fun and a part of their lifestyle.Her specialties include Resistance Training, HIIT, Bootcamp Training and Beginner fitness.

Heather likes to create diverseness with every workout, enhancing each person’south strengths and building up their weaknesses. Brand no mistake, a training session with her will be rigorous but it is result driven and it may even put a smile on your face.

Angela Wood

Angela has been certified by: Cooper Inst. and YMCA for Grouping Fitness, and Personal Training, Cycle, Aquatics since 2004. Current Certifications:AEA considered the highest level of achievement for those leading Aquatic group Fitness and personal preparation in H2o. 500 hr Balance Torso Pilates certified, Basic Life Support (CPR and AED), Emergency Oxygen, Basic Outset Aid.

Dawn Maynor

Dawn Maynor

Dawn is an East-RYT 200 hour Yoga Instructor, Reiki Two, and a teacher of Dream Board Workshops. She is passionate about helping others utilise yoga to deal with the struggles of stress, anxiety, or depression. She’s learned that yoga is a healing journeying that is peachy for the mind and body. In her classes, you can expect to not only move your torso but to use your breath and visualizations to connect the mind and body.

Melissa Dixon

Melissa is certified in the following classes of Zumba: Zumba Step, Zumba Gold Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba kids and Zumba Kids Jr., and Zumba Pro Skills. She’due south instructed Zumba at the Cross Timbers YMCA, Yogi Kid and Fit Family unit, and for the city of Lake Jackson. She is CPR certified.

Carolyn

Carolyn Martinez

Carolyn holds her Water Fitness Instructor certification from the Us Water Fitness Association and is also a registered 200RYT Yoga Teacher. Her experience includes pedagogy children’southward gymnastics & yoga, equally well as, aqua fitness and yoga at agile senior living communities. She believes strongly that grouping exercise and customs support plays an important office in achieving fitness goals. She is CPR/AED certified.

Linsi
Linsi Neal

Linsi earned her Grouping Exercise Instructor Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and is certified in Tabata Boot Army camp and Zumba.
Samantha
Samantha Olson


Samantha is licensed to instruct Zumba, Zumba Golden, Zumba Gold Toning, Zumbatomic, and Zumba Toning. Throughout the 9 years she has taught group exercise, she has focused her path to teaching Zumba and Toning. Samantha is too CPR certified.
